ULTRAFLEX-S-CY is a PVC, high flex, heavy-duty, oil-resistant, overall braid shield, UL/CSA/CE approved, continuous flex single-conductor power supply chain cable. These cables are designed for medium mechanical stresses and movements in dry, moist and wet conditions. These special cables provide increased flex life and resistance to oil, synthetic oils and water-based coolants. Applications commonly found in machine tools, robots, moveable automated machinery parts, production plants, body presses and transfer lines. Designed specifically for power circuits of servo motors driven by frequency converters as well as main spindle drives in machine tools. Optimized for continuous movement in power chains with minimum bending radius. The tinned copper braid shield provides disturbance-free transmissions of signals and impulses with added EMI protection. Available with a Green/Yellow or Black PVC inner jacket. Outdoor installation is not permitted.
